Exchanges are only applicable if alternative medicines are available. Any difference in price must be paid, and you may not be eligible for discounts on the exchanged items

3. Refund Process

Exchange Policy

2. How to Initiate an Exchange

3. Exchange Process

• Approval: Once your exchange is approved, send the product back to us. Upon receipt and inspection, we will send you the replacement product.
• Shipping Costs: The customer is responsible for shipping costs unless the exchange is due to an error on our part.

Delivery Policy

At Generic Life Pharma, we strive to provide efficient and timely delivery for all your orders. Please review our delivery policy below:

1. Free Delivery Within 1 km order must be Rs 500/- or more.

We offer free delivery for orders within 1 km of our registered address at Kalambagh Road, near Vaishali Pastries, Muzaffarpur, Bihar-842002.

2. Delivery Charges for Distances Beyond 1 km

• 1 km to 2 km: A delivery charge of ₹50 will be applied. order must be Rs 1000/- or more.
• 2 km to 10 km: A delivery charge of ₹100 will be applied. order must be Rs 2500/- or more.

3. Delivery Timeframes

• Within 10 km: We aim to deliver orders on the same day. However, for locations beyond 10 km, delivery charges will vary, and same-day delivery may not be applicable.
• Beyond 5 km: In some cases, even within a 5 km range, delivery may be scheduled for the next day depending on the circumstances.
• Beyond 10 km: Delivery times and charges will depend on our courier partners or Indian Post services, and same-day delivery may not be possible.

Please note that delivery charges and times may vary based on your location and the availability of our delivery services. We recommend checking the delivery details during the checkout process for accurate information.
